This is an excellent touring taster over three days. It can be tailored to those new to touring but we suggest booking with a crew of friends.
Hot showers, light packs and one ride lift passes to get you into the backcountry sooner.

3 days of guided ski touring and 3 nights at a ski club lodge (Snowline/Cheeseman, Broken River, Craigieburn, Porters or Temple Basin) with all food and accommodation included with a sliding start depending on the weather.
Mission= Unknown outcome. This lodge-based series of day trips will base from any of the Craigieburn Range ski areas or Temple Basin - depending on group ability, desire and conditions. Three days touring with a professional ski guide and two nights accommodation at the same lodge. No overnight packs required. Enjoy aprés activities with hot showers in comfortable lodges (eg. Temple Basin, Craigieburn Valley, Broken River, Snowline at Cheeseman and Porters Alpine lodge).
The Craigieburn range snow conditions vary so a strong intermediate skier or better ability is required. Expect to climb and ski 600-1200m per day. Contact us to ensure you are in condition for this excellent ski or snowboard tour adventure. We can also suggest a build up plan.
Equipment is not included but inquire for information on hire options.Transport and additional nights accommodation on the mountain can be arranged as part of the overall package.
Ratios: 4 participants to 1 guide.
The price is inclusive of all meals, guide, and accommodation, but does not include transportation to/from the ski area(s).
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund less 15% deposit (admin fee) if you cancel more than one month (30 days) prior to start. There are no refunds on processing fees.
- If you cancel one month (30 days) or less prior to the course start there is no refund. No refunds or reschedules will be provided in the event of injury, illness (including Covid-19), equipment failure, lack of fitness, or ability.
- If the trip is postponed due to weather conditions on day one, a refund less 15%. Processing fees are not eligable for refunds.
- For this reason, we strongly suggest you take out a travel insurance policy for cancellation/loss of deposit
To avoid paying the processing fee, you can pay via bank transfer. In the checkout process, select "Bank Deposit" as your payment method and please transfer the cost of the course into our bank account
